Wichita-area housing ‘looks pretty good’ – Wichita is the fourth-best market in the nation

Foreclosure rates spike in Wichita although still below national average

Foreclosure rates for higher-risk mortgages in the Wichita area rose significantly between June 2007 and June 2008.
