My name is Lynette Chapman. I am a full time licensed Real Estate Broker with ten years of experience in the Wichita, Kansas area.   I am currently an Exclusive Buyer’s Agent.  This means that I spend 100% of my time representing  home buyers. Since I never list homes, there is never a conflict of interest.  The Seller’s Agent’s job is to get the seller the most money for their house, but my job as a Buyer’s Agent is to get you the lowest price and best terms on a house.  In fact, it is my legal and ethical obligation to represent your best interests.

Since I am an independent brokerage,  I will show you homes offered by ALL real estate companies.  I can also help with new construction homes,  duplexes, short sales, foreclosures, condos, and relocation.  If you buy ANY home in the MLS (multiple listing service), my services are FREE to you.
